The art of
paying attention

Kaoru (香) means fragrance in Japanese — coffee's truest expression lives in aroma, the first breath before the first sip. We built an entire space around that single moment.

Our beans travel from single farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Kagoshima. We roast in-house, weekly, in small batches. No stale stock. No compromise. Just the cup.

— Where our beans come from

Three origins.
